DESCRIPTION:  \n\n \n \n\nStep by Step Guide to Submit your results \nWe are excited to host our inaugural Run for Caregiving Youth -5K\, Virtual Run/Walk on May 17\, 2020.  You will run/walk on May 17 at a location of your choosing and at a time convenient for you.  You will track your run/walk using an app on your phone/watch.  If you do not have an app we recommend using MapMyRun\, Runkeeper or Strava (all recommended options are free).  You will receive instruction to submit your results shortly after registration.  We request you also take a picture/selfie and send it with your results.  You can also post the picture on your social media page and tag @AACaregivingYouth.  We will post results on May 17\, live as we are receiving them.\n \n  \nYour entry into the Run For Caregivers Youth – 5K has custom event shirt (see the men’s and women’s option below) available and personalized race certificate..\n \n  \nAACY appreciates all the support for the Run For Caregiving Youth 5K Virtual.  To ensure you are ready for May 17\, 2020\, use the daily fitness tips to keep you the tip top shape.  Click on the each day to view the fitness video: \nDay 1 \n  \nDay 2 \n  \n Day 3 \n  \n  \nThe American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY) is a non-profit corporation established in 1998\, headquartered in Boca Raton\, Florida.  AACY is the only organization in the US dedicated solely to addressing caregiving youth issues. \nVisioin of AACY – that every youth caring for chronically ill\, injured\, elderly or disabled family members will achieve success in school and life. \nMission of AACY – to increase awareness and provide support services for youth caregivers and their families by connecting them with healthcare\, education and community resources.
