3rd Annual Support 4 Caregivers 5K Virtual

Support 4 Caregivers is proud to host their 3rd Annual Support 4 Caregivers 5K. With the unique time we all have been thrust into during COVID-19, we will not be able to host the 3rd Annual 5K live BUT that will not stop Support 4 Caregivers. We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Support 4 Caregivers 5K will be VIRTUAL on Saturday July 25, 2020. A virtual 5K is where you are able to run on your own is a safe environment. You will track your run of 5 Kilometers or 3.1 Miles on your phone or watch. If you do not have an running app on your phone we recommend MapMyRun, RunKeeper or Strava, which are all free apps. Upon completion of your virtual 5K you will submit your results using the step by step process listed below. All participants will receive a custom race bib with your name (must register by July 18, 2020 for personalized bib), finisher medal, event shirt and personalized race certificate. The virtual platform is a great way to show your support of Support 4 Caregivers no matter where you live.
Support 4 Caregivers provides support to caregivers who are involved in the lives of children with special needs and/or chronic illnesses. Support 4 Caregivers is a one stop shop for all of your special needs. No one truly knows what it is like to care for a person with special needs until they have walked in your shoes. Support 4 Caregivers has, which is why we hurt, got healed and are now continuing our mission of helping those who help others.

The Support 4 Caregivers 5K Virtual will be held on Saturday July 25, 2020 from 7:00am to 12:00pm. Results must be submitted by Saturday July 25, 2020 at 2:00pm. Winners will be announced July 25, 2020 at 3:00pm.
