What is cooler than ice cream........NOTHING! Join us on Saturday July 13, 2024 at Al Lopez Park for the "COOLEST" 5K in Tampa, the Ice Cream 5K - Tampa. Participants will run/walk the 5K, then have the opportunity to taste all their favorite ice cream flavors. This promises to become your favorite 5K of the year. Participants will also receive a custom race bib, event shirt, and beautiful finisher medal.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Tampa East Sertoma Club. Tampa East Sertoma Club takes great pride in the fact that 100% of fund raising proceeds go to charity. The cost of the club operation is funded separately. The Sertoma organization was founded in 1912; currently with approximately 500 clubs and 13,000 members in the US and Canada.
The Ice Cream 5K - Tampa is a chipped timed event and will provide awards to the top 3 overall and age groups (male and female).

What We Do:
Members volunteer their time and talents as well as raise money for several local non-profit organizations.
Tampa East Sertoma
Tampa East members are dedicated to serving the less fortunate and giving back to their community. These principles have been, and continue to be, the foundation of Tampa East Sertoma.
The club has provided almost $2,000,000 and more than 200,000 volunteer hours to local charities. It is the largest Sertoma Club in the Tampa Bay area.
