Q: Where is the Olympia Community Run taking place?
A: Olympia Master Association - Clubhouse; 9100 Fatio Blvd, Wellington, FL 33414
Q: How long will I need to volunteer?
A: 6:00am - 11:00pm (5 hours).
Q: What should I wear?
A: Please wear khaki or black colored shorts/pants and a white shirt (long or short sleeve). Make sure it is comfortable as you will be working outside and moving around.
Q: Where do I park/dropped off within the Olympia Community upon arrival?
A: You can park or be dropped off at the Olympia Main Clubhouse, see the address above.
Q: What are the duties of a volunteer?
A: The volunteer duties will range from registering participants, handing out participants race packets, providing participants with water during the event, start/finish setup and teardown, on course directional markers - telling the participants where to go, event course setup, parking, and event timing.
Q: Who will complete my volunteer service hours form?
A: Upon completion of your volunteer shift, please see Danny Howard to have your form completed and signed.
Q: How will I know what my assignment?
A: Upon arrival Victory Sports will have staff to guide you in the correct direction. Victory Sports staff will be wearing bright neon yellow staff shirts.
