RULES:
-You will choose one player from each of the six groups (for a total of six players) below.

-Your score will be based off your top 4 golfers (you must have 4 golfers make the cut to compete for the championship)

-If you select a player who withdraws prior to their first tee time, you will receive the alternate player you selected. If a player has begun his first round and withdraws, they will be scored as a missed cut.

- If you wish to make a change to your team, prior to the start of the tournament, please complete the form below. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ENTIRE TEAM (not just your change). If you submit changes your first team submission will be deleted.
