We fondly remember Knox MacEwen, a dedicated and spirited JROTC cadet whose life was tragically cut short during a Raider competition. Promoted early to Private First Class, Knox displayed outstanding leadership qualities. His commitment to excellence was evident in his impressive accolades, including a Parade Ribbon, a Raider Ribbon, and two coveted competition ribbons. His infectious goofiness and ever-present smile were sources of joy and inspiration for everyone around him. Selected for the elite Raiders team, Knox was not just a cadet; he was a beacon of inspiration for his peers, beloved by all. The annual 5K Memorial Run in Knox's honor celebrates not just his achievements but the indelible mark he left on the hearts of those who knew him, continuing his legacy of leadership, camaraderie, and unwavering spirit.
