To submit results, use the link on the email provided from BikeReg.com. You will click on the "Update / Transfer" green button and it will take you to the results submission page. On this page you will either click "Sync with Strava" or type in your results in the fields listed Distance and Time. If you do not use Strava DO NOT click Sync with Strava.

If you do not have have access to the email, follow these easy steps to obtain the email:
1. Go to your website browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge)
2. In the address bar type www.bikereg.com
3. Below the banner (picture at the top of the page) there is a white search bar and here you will type the challenge you are participating (i.e. Tallahassee, Orlando, Turnpike, I-75). Once you type one of those words, the event will appear in a grey bar. Press the event in the grey bar.
4. Click "Event Data" at the top of the page
4. You will type your email in the email field
5. Click "I am not a robot"
6. Click "Send me a link to enter my data"
7. Go to your email and you will receive an email within minutes.
8. Once you receive the email you will click the green "Update / Transfer" button.
9. Enter your data in the time and distance field.
9a. If you use Strava, you will simple press the "Sync with Strava" button and your results will update.
10. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
